Through my years of working with thousands of families, I see time after time that many parents are exhausted!

To better support parents, I have become a certified sleep consultant. I have learned many successful techniques to help a baby fall asleep and have less night wakings… without letting baby cry it out! These are things I wish I knew when my oldest was a baby 28 years ago.

Book a free 15 minute discovery call. After our call, I will send you an intake form. After I receive the form, I will create a sleep plan and we will meet virtually to discuss the plan. You will have daily email access for 2 weeks to make sure you are on the right track.

New!

A sleeping baby with glasses, lying on a yellow crescent moon-shaped pillow, surrounded by plush star pillows on a light blue background.
A smiling middle-aged woman with short brown hair, wearing a light blue polo shirt, sitting in an office chair in a professional office setting, with framed certificates on the wall behind her and a table with flowers and paperwork to her side.

Hi, I’m Lynne!

I meet families where they are, offering real-life guidance to help them on their breastfeeding journeys. As a mother of 2 young adults, I vividly remember the challenges we had with painful latch, questioning if I had enough milk, feeling like I was all thumbs, awkward with positioning and then the challenge of returning to work! I am compassionate in how I care for families and truly consider it a blessing to be providing care at such a precious time.
