Payment is due at the time of the appointment. For lactation appointments, I will provide a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance. Most major insurance companies in Massachusetts reimburse families for out of network lactation support. I am in network with Aetna, United Healthcare (Commercial plans) and Cigna. Families are responsible for payment of copays and patient responsibilities. There is a $75 convenience fee for home visits. For private pay clients, the convenience fee is included.
