  • The cost for a visit depends on the location & type of visit. Current pricing is as follows:

    $375 for Initial In-Home Visit

    $325 for In-Home Follow Up Consults

    $300 for an Initial Office Appointment

    $275 for a Follow-Up Office appointment

    $275 For Prenatal Visits (office or virtual only).

    $275 for Virtual Support

  • Under the Affordable Care Act, most insurance companies in Massachusetts reimburse families for lactation support. Payment is due at the time of the appointment. I will provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance to request reimbursement. I encourage you to reach out to your insurance company to inquire about reimbursement for out of network lactation support.

    I am in network with Aetna and United Healthcare and will bill them directly. You are responsible for copays and patient responsibility payments per your insurance company. There is a $75 convenience fee if you choose a home visit.

    I work with Wildflower to provide lactation support to clients with Cigna for office appointments. If you prefer an in-home appointment, there is a $75 out of pocket convenience fee.

  • Whether you decide on an in person or virtual visit depends on your preferences and location. While anyone can be seen virtually, if you live south of Boston, MA, you have the option of being seen in my Marshfield office or in the comfort of your own home.

  • Aboslutely! In addition to being able to provide breastfeeding & lactation support, as an RN & IBCLC, I have the skills and expertise to help with bottle feeding challenges. Many parents who work with me desire to get baby back at the breast, however, even if that is not your goal, together we can work to make bottle feeding safe, effective & stress-free for everyone involved.
